NORWAY — The Norway-Vulcan Women’s Club recently hosted its annual Senior Girls Tea on May 7 at Oak Crest Golf Course in Norway.
President Colleen Carlson welcomed the girls, along with their mothers and guests. She gave a history of the 105-year-old club and some word of support and inspiration, along with congratulations on their accomplishments.
Class vice president Emma Dube and class treasurer Mary Cavagnetto introduced each senior, who then introduced their mother and guests.
A tea lunch with refreshments was served, with a graduation cake for dessert.
Crystal Hogan and Dawn Kranz presented a musical program with songs and inspirations messages.
Barbetta Arnoldi at the tea presented the Women’s Club Scholarships to Jayda Hunter and Emma Dube. Dallas DeBernardi received his scholarship at the high school awards banquet.
Class president Jayda Hunter gave a “thank you” response to the Women’s Club members.
