GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – If you’re a car enthusiast, there was no other place to be on Sunday than Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay.
The school’s auto club hosted its annual car show, attracting people from across the region, with more than 1,000 cars and motorcycles on display.
Organizers say the event celebrates automotive passion and also helps to support student scholarships and community service-learning projects.
One person who went says that he and his family have deep ties with NWTC and visit the show to honor their son.
“In memory of my son and his wife, who was killed by a drunk driver the same year I bought my Mustang, 2007. We support that scholarship. So this school is very important to me,” says Jeff Tyndall.
