Five kids will have the opportunity to attend the Ocala Outdoor Adventure Camp this summer for free through a scholarship program.
It’s part of the summer camp scholarship program from the Florida Air Boat and Kissimmee River Valley Sportsman Associations.
The camp in Ocala focuses on outdoor skills, conservation education and recreational activities.
The scholarships are open to children ages 8 to 16.
Recipients will receive a scholarship covering 100% of the registration fee for one summer camp session at either EYCC or OOAC.
Five more children will be selected for a camp in West Palm Beach.
