COLUMBUS, Ohio — Each year, the Ohio Agricultural Council offers up to three (3) $1,500 scholarships annually to Ohio high school seniors who plan to pursue a degree in agriculture and up to three (3) $1,500 scholarships to undergraduate college students from Ohio who are currently pursuing a degree in agriculture.
The OAC is pleased to announce the 2025-26 recipients of the Scholarship Program:
Kylie Corbitt will be a freshman at The Ohio State University, majoring in Agricultural Communication. A recent valedictorian graduate of Southeastern High School, Kylie has been involved in 4-H for ten years, exhibiting swine, market goats, and production goats, as well as completing a variety of miscellaneous projects. She has also been an active FFA member for four years, serving as president of both her 4-H club and FFA chapter during her senior year.
Addisyn Downing will be entering her freshman year at Wilmington College where she will be majoring in Animal Science: Pre-Veterinary and pursuing a minor in Equine. Addisyn grew up on her family’s small farm raising Boer goats and showing horses. Her dedication and passion for her livestock, along with her involvement in a variety of agricultural organizations, such as 4-H and FFA, has driven her desire to become a large animal Veterinarian.
Delaney Moore is a junior at The Ohio State University, majoring in agricultural communications. Delaney lives on her family farm where she raises beef cattle with her family. She has also been heavily involved in 4-H and FFA, where her experiences and love for the organizations led her to serve as the 2023-2024 Ohio FFA State Vice President. Upon graduation, Delaney looks forward to pursuing a career in marketing and public relations to serve as an “agvocate” for the agricultural industry.
Wyatt Morrow, a senior Agricultural Communications major at Wilmington College, is from Leesburg, Ohio, where he grew up deeply rooted in agriculture. His early involvement in 4-H and FFA in Highland County led to leadership opportunities at the county, state, and national levels. After graduating this spring, he plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Agricultural Communications and then go on to serve in a statewide agricultural organization focusing on advocacy, communications, and youth facilitation.
Dalton Mullins is a junior at Cornell University studying communication in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. After graduating, he plans to attend law school. Both FFA and 4-H have played a significant role in his life. Through both organizations, he has raised and shown beef, pigs, sheep, and rabbits. He also shows horses competitively and is on the Western Equestrian Club Team at Cornell. Through his experiences in agriculture, Dalton aims to stay in the industry by pursuing a career as an agricultural attorney.
Katelyn Wynkoop is a recent graduate of Bloom-Carroll High School and will be attending Wilmington College in the fall. She plans to major in Agriculture Education with a focus on animal science. She was an active member of both 4-H and FFA, showing alpacas and serving in leadership roles. Katelyn hopes to pursue a career as an elementary ag teacher to help inspire the next generation.
Scholarships are selected based on academic record, leadership qualities, community involvement and responses to application essay questions. Scholarship recipients are also provided a one-year complimentary student membership in OAC.
Scholarship applications for the 2025-25 school year will be available at www.OhioAgCouncil.org in fall 2025. Completed applications must be returned to the Ohio Agricultural Council by Feb. 15, 2026.
