OSWEGO — P.E.O. is a philanthropic organization where women celebrate the advancement of women; educate women through scholarships, grants, awards, loans and stewardship of Cottey College; and motivate women to achieve their highest aspirations.
On July 12, at the home of Lee Audlin, a picnic was held to honor three scholarship recipients. Scholarships were awarded by P.E.O. Chapter BA of Oswego.
