The Palestinian Scholarship Initiative (PSI) provides the opportunity for at least two Palestinian students whose education has been disrupted by conflict to pursue undergraduate or master’s degrees at leading universities in Singapore.
These full-ride scholarships cover all essential costs, including tuition fees, accommodation, living expenses, and other miscellaneous fees related to university study. The programme seeks to empower students by removing financial barriers and enabling them to focus on their academic and personal growth.
PSI scholars may study any eligible bachelor’s or master’s degree course at a participating Singaporean university. The five universities currently participating are: National University of Singapore (NUS); Singapore Management University (SMU); Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS); Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT); and Singapore Institute of Management (SIM). Please refer to Annex 1 in this document for a list of eligible courses at each university.
The PSI is a community-driven effort that aims to create life-changing opportunities for Palestinian students. By granting access to world-class education in Singapore, the initiative hopes to unlock new possibilities for scholars to build safe, meaningful lives and contribute positively to their communities and the global society. The scholarship not only supports academic achievement but also fosters personal development, resilience, and leadership skills, preparing students to become future changemakers in their fields.
