The Paris Police Officers Association on Thursday presented a scholarship to North Lamar ISD senior, Cameron Widner.
“Cameron is the son of our fallen brother and association member Chris Widner #2435,” said the association. “We are all so proud of you Cameron, and wish you the best in your future.”
Monies raised for the scholarships come from numerous fundraisers throughout the year and also sponsorships.
The Paris Police Officers Association (PPOA) is a non-profit organization who’s members are all Officers or employees of the Paris Police Department in Paris Texas.
