WINTERVILLE — Pitt Community College was one of more than 120 institutions of higher learning from throughout the country to host an event this spring in honor of high school students committed to pursuing education and training for technical careers.
Similar to a college athletics signing ceremony, PCC’s NC3 National Letter of Intent Signing Day program featured local students signing letters of intent to reserve spots in Pitt Career and Technical Education programs this fall. The event was sponsored by the National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3) and broadcast via the internet.
