A 2022 Post Falls High School salutatorian has been awarded a $4,000 Michael L. Condon Civil Engineering Scholarship.
Zachary Clark, a civil engineering senior at Montana Technological University in Butte, earned the award as part of the Deep Foundations Institute’s Educational Trust Scholarship Program, which supports outstanding students preparing for careers in civil engineering and construction.
Since 2006, the trust has awarded more than $2.4 million to over 600 students nationwide. Clark was one of 43 students selected this year, placing him in the company of some of the most promising future leaders in the deep foundations industry, Montana Tech said in a recent news release.
Clark, who will graduate from Montana Tech in May, was one of just three students who earned awards from the Michael L. Condon Civil Engineering Scholarship Fund, established in 2015 with a $50,000 donation from Condon-Johnson & Associates, Inc.
