Presbyterian College is proud to announce the establishment of the PC Meeting Street Promise Scholarship, a new initiative designed to make a transformative PC education accessible to academically successful students with demonstrated financial need. This scholarship reflects the college’s commitment to fostering opportunity and empowering students to reach their full potential.
“The PC Meeting Street Promise Scholarship is more than just financial support,” said Dr. Brandon Vinson, Vice President for Enrollment Management. “It’s a promise to invest in students’ futures and to provide the resources they need to succeed academically and personally.”
Through this scholarship, eligible students who receive the Meeting Street Scholarship and choose to attend PC will have their tuition, mandatory fees, and standard housing and meal costs fully covered. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years, as long as recipients continue to meet the Meeting Street Scholarship’s renewal criteria.
“At PC, students truly are encouraged to grow in mind, heart, and spirit,” Vinson said.
The PC Meeting Street Promise Scholarship extends this mission by removing financial barriers and ensuring students can focus on their academic and personal development.
“We believe that every student should have access to a high-quality education that transforms their future,” Vinson said. “This scholarship underscores our dedication to supporting students from diverse backgrounds and helping them achieve more than they thought possible.”
The PC Meeting Street Promise Scholarship also provides additional support beyond tuition and fees. Students will receive a $25 gas card when they visit campus, helping them engage with the PC community and experience firsthand the opportunities available.
To qualify for the PC Meeting Street Promise Scholarship, students must:
Students interested in applying should begin by completing the Meeting Street Scholarship application and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), listing Presbyterian College (FAFSA code: 003445) as a recipient of their FAFSA information. They must also submit an application for admission to PC.
“The PC Meeting Street Promise Scholarship aligns with our mission to create a supportive environment where students are challenged academically and encouraged to engage in service and leadership,” Vinson said.
“By removing financial obstacles, we’re empowering students to pursue their educational goals and become part of a community dedicated to making a positive impact.”
