CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The 2025 Raymond J. Pack Memorial Scholarship is now accepting applications, offering financial support to Ross County high school seniors pursuing higher education.
Established in 1998 to honor Raymond J. Pack, a late local educator and guidance counselor, the scholarship is funded by the Peter J. Blosser Scholarship Trust, a nonprofit aiding Ross County residents with educational scholarships and loans. It supports students seeking college or adult education degrees.
The renewable scholarship targets deserving seniors who have faced and overcome significant life challenges. Applications are available through high school guidance offices, with a submission deadline of April 14.
