PORT CHARLOTTE — An “emotional” scholarship ceremony recently took place at South Port Square after its residents awarded a record $90,000 to 18 staff members, according to a news release.Â
It was “an act of generosity” that showed “the power of intergenerational support,” according to a news release.Â
