RBC | The Rio Blanco County 4-H Youth Fund (previously known as the Rio Blanco County 4-H Foundation) is pleased to award Charlie Rogers of Meeker, Colorado, with the 2025 Rio Blanco County 4-H Youth Fund Scholarship in the amount of $2,000. Charlie is the daughter of Ben and Jamie Rogers.
Charlie Rogers is a 12-year 4-H member whose impressive resume includes hundreds of leadership, club, and community service activities throughout her time in the 4-H and FFA programs. The Rio Blanco County 4-H Youth Fund commends Rogers on all of her accomplishments thus far and wishes her the very best in all of her future endeavors.
The Rio Blanco County 4-H Youth Fund, formerly known as the Rio Blanco County 4-H Foundation, is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
The objectives of this organization shall be to provide support for the youth of Rio Blanco County by presenting scholarships and annual awards, encouraging members to apply for consideration of awards through maintaining an updated resume, and promoting the 4-H programs and members that receive awards.
