Royse City, TX (May 19, 2025) – The remarkable generosity of the Royse City community was on full display last week at the Senior Scholarship & Awards Ceremony, where graduating seniors from the Class of 2025 were celebrated and awarded significant financial support for their future endeavors. This year’s graduating class has collectively earned over $5 million in scholarship awards, a testament to their hard work and the community’s deep commitment to their success.
Of this impressive total, more than $90,300 was distributed at last week’s ceremony through the Local Scholarship Program, directly connecting students with the individuals and organizations in the Royse City Community dedicated to their educational journeys. The outpouring of support from local donors underscores the strong partnership between the Royse City community and its schools.
The evening served as an opportunity to recognize and thank the numerous donors and presenters who made these scholarships possible. The following scholarships were awarded:
In addition to the scholarships, Colton Kilgore was recognized with the SAR Pinning Award for demonstrating outstanding citizenship qualities.
