VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Ruthie Britton has received her first softball scholarship offer, with Mississippi Delta Community College extending the opportunity for her to continue her career at the next level.
Britton recently closed out her senior season at St. Aloysius High School, where she was one of the team’s top performers. She posted a .425 batting average with 31 hits, five doubles, two triples and five home runs.
A four-year varsity standout under Head Coach Mike Foley, Britton has been a key contributor throughout her high school career, earning a reputation for consistency and leadership on the field. While she has not yet announced a commitment, the offer from Mississippi Delta marks an important step in her future as she considers the next stage of her softball journey.
