LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) – Ten newly-graduated high school seniors pursuing higher education will receive a combined $100,000 in scholarships.
The Sasol Scholars Program provides these students with $2,500 annually to assist with educational expenses, opportunities to network with professionals, tour Sasol’s operations and receive special consideration for Sasol internship.
Calcasieu Parish students participating in the 2024 Sasol Scholars cohort include Nevaeh Barriere, Courtney Bush, Daylin Brown, Landon Guidry, Janey Mueller, Gregor Nolan, Nicholas Porter, Amanda Sanders, Austin Stroderd, and Unique Thomas.
