RACINE, WI — The Kiwanis Club of West Racine has awarded six, $3,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors as part of its 2025 Scholarship Program. The awards were presented during the club’s meeting on May 21.

Funding for the scholarships was provided by the Ted and Elizabeth Jacobson Foundation, as well as donations made in memory of community members including Nick Barnicke, Frank Osimitz, Rollie Krahn, Var Krikorian, Jim and Myra DeCamp, Mary Jane Papenfuss, and John Waltenberger. Additional support came from fundraising efforts by club members.
The Kiwanis Club of West Racine meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Living Faith Lutheran Church, located at 2915 Wright Ave. Guests are welcome to attend. More information is available at www.westracinekiwanis.com.
