(12-4-24) Current high school seniors and college students are eligible for local awards if they meet the following criteria:
Scholarships may be up to $5,000. A paid internship may also be available at Phelan Insurance Agency, Versailles.
The awards are in memory of former company chairman James B. Phelan, who died in 2015.
