The Gantt-McColl Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to students from Public High Schools, who are permanent residents of North Carolina to get to and through college via an annually renewable, need-based scholarship beginning with the 2024-2025 school year. Closes May 2.
2023-2024 Alpha Gamma Boule Foundation Scholarship
The Alpha Gamma Boulé Foundation Scholarship Program was developed to provide a one-time $5,000 merit-based scholarship to African American male undergraduate students who are residents of Alameda County in California. Closes May 6.
2024-2025 Citizens Helping Citizens Scholarship Program
This generous program will provide need-based scholarships to ten (10) High School Seniors from underserved and historically underrepresented communities that will help to alleviate financial burdens of attending a four-year or two-year college during the 2024-2025 school year. Closes May 13.
Florida Memorial University sign2024-2025 LeBlanc/Baker Scholarship for Change
LeBlanc/Baker Scholarship for Change provides a renewable need-based scholarship to Black/African American male students attending an accredited, four-year Historically Black College or University (“HBCU”). Closes May 15.
2024-2025 Kieth and Serena Cockrell Scholarship
This program was established in honor of long-time HBCU and UNCF supporters Kieth and Serena Cockrell, who are passionate about education and paving the way for future leaders. Eligible applicants must be permanent residents of North Carolina and a high school senior graduating from any public, private, or charter high school in Mecklenburg County, NC during this current spring 2024 term. Closes May 17.
2024-2025 UNCF King Lab Scholarship
A Scholarship program for High School Seniors graduating from Wellesley High School in the Town of Wellesley, MA who have participated in the Metropolitan Council for Educational Opportunity (METCO) Program. Closes May 20.

2024-2025 HBCU – Sustainable Communities Initiative
To provide renewable scholarships to Black students attending a UNCF member institution in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Virginia and be majoring in STEM, business, or sustainability related disciplines. Closes May 21.
2024-2025 UNCF 3M Science. Applied to Life. Scholarship
The UNCF 3M. Applied to Life. Scholarship Program was established to provide need-based scholarship support to underrepresented high school seniors who are interested in pursuing a STEM degree, or college freshman already enrolled in a STEM degree program. Closes May 27.
2024-2025 The Slater-Millner Scholars Fund
The Slater-Millner Scholars Fund scholarship program will provide need-based scholarships to rising college sophomores planning to study Allopathic or Osteopathic Medicine with a demonstrated interest in becoming a doctor. Closes May 27.

This scholarship provides eligible students, majoring in design degree programs, who are enrolled in 2-year or 4-year institutions, an award of up to $3,000.00 per year for two (2) years. If eligible and enrolled in a 4-year institution to earn a Bachelor’s degree, they will be considered for an additional award of $3,000.00 per year for an additional two (2) years. Closes May 28.
2024-2025 Crest + Oral B Bridges Program
This program will create a bridge to drive equal representation among future generations of Dental Professionals. Procter & Gamble Crest + Oral B Bridges will support promising Black and African American students during their academic training in a dental, dental hygiene, or dental assisting program. Closes May 30.
2024-2025 UNCF Health Careers Scholarship
The UNCF Health Careers Scholarship Program for students of CSSM (Cleveland School of Science and Medicine) at John Hay High School who plan to enter the health professions. Closes May 31.

The CVS Health Foundation Health Care Careers Scholarship was established in collaboration with UNCF to provide need-based scholarships to qualified African American or Latino/a/e students for their junior and senior years. Closes May 31.
2024-2025 Owens Corning Building Futures Scholarship
This generous program will provide need-based scholarship funding for entering first-year students during the 2024-2025 school year at any accredited two-year or four-year university, college, or technical school. Closes May 31.
2024-2025 Intellia Therapeutics UNCF Scholarship Program
This scholarship opportunity, which is funded by Intellia Therapeutics, Inc, is available to students of any classification, enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year college or university and pursing or majoring in the life sciences which includes: biochemistry, biomedical engineering, biology, chemistry, chemical and physical biology, cellular, molecular, and developmental biology, plant biology entomology and microbiology. Closes May 31.
