The scholarships were given to 5 previously selected amateur boxers. The monthly scholarship is 10 thousand pesos.
Gael Alberto Razor, Juan “Guerito de tepito” Perez, Said Salazar, Valeria Perez and Ramon Nequis were the amateur boxers who received the scholarship.
Angel Sauceda, a recent Boxing Grand Prix participant, was the first professional boxer to receive this scholarship.
