The Lakeshore College Foundation has demonstrated their core mission to assist students with the financial support needed to attend college by awarding over $367,000 in scholarships this fall.  Of the 332 students receiving awards, 63% were awarded as full tuition scholarships, meaning no tuition bill for the entire year.  The majority of those were funded by the Richard F. Brindza Memorial Scholarship, and Adam Steel Family Scholarship Fund of the Lakeshore Community Foundation.
Foundation Executive Director, Courtney Donati, said that “What makes this scholarship cycle extraordinary is the number of students we assisted and how our community showed up for them.”, enabling them to focus on career goals rather than on financial barriers.
