The recipients of the second annual Capt. James R. Minicozzi, UNICO Scranton Chapter, Memorial Scholarships for 2024-2025 are Etta Thomas, left, and Louis Paris. Both students stood out in adhering to the organization’s slogan, “Service Above Self,” by making positive contributions to both the school and outside community through participation in extracurricular activities, sports and community service. Etta will be attending West Chester University to pursue biology, while Louis will attend Franklin & Marshall College to study business, organizations and society (BOS Program).
