KODAK — The Sevierville Hospitality Association awarded scholarships Thursday, May 1, at the American Eagle Foundation in Kodak.
SHA raises money each year from membership dues, a mini golf tournament and a Christmas tree festival to be able to award scholarships to Sevier County students.
Each student, along with family members attended a special breakfast by Collier Restaurant Group and then the scholarships were presented by the SHA board of directors for these well deserved students.
The students awarded scholarships include: Hayden Akers, Sevier County High School; McKenzie Uribe, Pigeon Forge High School; Lindsey Buffington, Seymour High School; Keyleen Sierra, Gatlinburg Pittman High School; and Hannah Schultz : Gatlinburg Pittman High School.
