Stacker compiled a list of the best four-year colleges in Montana using rankings from Niche. Tuition, student-to-faculty ratio, acceptance rate, and graduation rate are among the factors considered in deciding these rankings.
Shodair Children’s Hospital recently announced two scholarships, named in honor of Brooke Glennon and Tommy Mellott, for two Butte High School students.
Karsen McEwen and Ella Collins were awarded the Bright Futures and Guiding Light scholarships, providing each student with $5,000.

“I feel like it’s such an honor having this scholarship in my name,” Glennon said. “And it means with my story and what I’ve been through, I get to advocate for children and families struggling with mental health.”
The scholarships were created to “honor the inspiring legacies of two individuals who embody resilience, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others,” a Shodair press release states.
