PENSACOLA, Fla. — The "Spring Festival of Flowers" kicked off in Milton Saturday.
They have 125 vendors and exhibitors, including nurseries, arts and crafts, educational opportunities, and food trucks.
The event raises scholarship funds for Pensacola State and the University of Florida students.
It also draws in plant and craft vendors from across the region.
"They will tell you this is their biggest moneymaker of the year," Academic recruiter Dallas Brooks said. "Oftentimes, people will come out here and sell out of their goods. We have a lot of really awesome folks who come out here and sell handcrafted wares. A lot of really talented folks put things up for grabs that, without this event, they probably wouldn't be able to make it and get started."
The festival runs through Sunday at the Pensacola State College Milton campus on Highway 90.
