The 2025 Undo's Upper Ohio Valley Italian Heritage Festival Media Night was Wednesday at Undo's West in St. Clairsville.
The night featured recognition of 12 area high school students who received scholarships. Plus, the Italian American of the Year, Beau Catalano, was recognized and introduced to the public after receiving the honor in February.

For the 42nd year, the festival's media night dinner served as a way to kick off the festival season.
"Tonight honors the scholarship winners, and that is one of our two big missions for our festival,” Festival Board President Michele Fabbro said. “We want to have people enjoy our culture and share food and music and all those things, but then our other big mission is to honor these students."
"I'm very honored to get this award and just being with my family here tonight; it's very special night,” Catalano said. “And then to see the young people that got these scholarships, our future, so real happy for them, too."
The festival is set for July 25-27 along Water Street at Wheeling’s Heritage Port.
