Sunrise Rotary announced scholarships, deadline Dec. 1 – The Mountain Mail
Salida Sunrise Rotary Club announced it will accept applications for 2026 spring semester scholarships from Nov. 11 until 5 p.m. Dec. 1.
Scholarships are being offered for students attending a vocational or technical school, community college, college or university.
The scholarships are “new,” for recent high school graduates or students planning to attend a qualifying school for the first time, and “current,” for applicants who previously received a new-student scholarship, a press release stated.
Students must be permanent residents of Salida School District R-32-J and have a minimum grade point average of 2.5. Preference will be given to applicants who plan to attend in-state schools, as well as priority to financial need and voluntary service.
