On Aug. 4, Teachers of Tomorrow (ToT), the nation’s largest Educator Preparation Program (EPP), opened applications for its annual New Teacher Scholarship for aspiring educators. Twenty applicants will be awarded scholarships to cover up to $6,000 in program fees each across nine states where ToT has programs, including Texas, Florida, Arizona, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio and South Carolina.
Important Dates:
• The deadline to apply is Aug. 31.
• To qualify, applicants must be fully enrolled in a ToT program by Sept. 30.
• Scholarship recipients will be announced in October.
“As the education landscape evolves, we remain committed to helping passionate individuals become the teachers their communities need,” said Dr. Heath Morrison, CEO of Teachers of Tomorrow. “This scholarship is just one way we’re removing financial barriers and building the next generation of life-changing educators.”
With more than 85,000 teachers certified since its founding, Teachers of Tomorrow continues to play a critical role in addressing the national teacher shortage and strengthening the educator pipeline through accessible, high-quality certification pathways.
