The Quota Club of Wayne County awarded five scholarships totaling $7,450 to local students. The initiative aims to support students pursuing careers in speech and language studies, according to an announcement.
This year’s recipients are Camryn Nelson and Brooklyn Nolletti, both 2025 graduates of Wooster High School. Nelson is the daughter of Russell and Julie Nelson, while Nolletti is the daughter of Jeff and Christine Nolletti. Nolletti will attend Kent State University and Nelson will enroll at Miami University to study speech language pathology.
Keelin Lloyd, a student at Kent State University, also is a recipient. Lloyd is enrolled in the speech language and audiology program and is expected to complete her master’s degree in December. She graduated from Waynedale High School in 2020.
Caylin Grimm, a 2023 graduate of Orrville High School, will continue her studies in speech language pathology at The University of Akron.
Additionally, Erin Matheny, a Kent State University graduate, received a scholarship for certification in American Sign Language.

Quota Club of Wayne County is the merger of the former Wooster, West Salem and Orrville service clubs providing services to the deaf and hard of hearing, assisting those with speech problems, aiding disadvantaged women and children and providing scholarships to students hoping to pursue speech and language courses in an accredited college or university.
