Tri-County Workforce Investment Board Scholarship Applications Open – ButlerRadio.com
Local post-secondary students are invited to apply for the Tri-County Workforce Investment Board scholarship program.
$2,000 in scholarships will be awarded to students in Butler, Armstrong, and Indiana Counties pursuing a degree, diploma, or certificate in a post-secondary AI or robotics field this upcoming spring.
Examples include but are not limited to cybersecurity, robotics, engineering, automation, mechatronics, and computer science. Students may be attending trade schools, community colleges, colleges, or universities.
In addition to a completed and signed application, those interested are asked to submit proof of enrollment, a signed reference letter, and a one page essay.
