The Opportunity Scholarship Fund (OSF), a Tulsa-based nonprofit, has been selected by Target Circle as a grant recipient to provide scholarships for lower-income PreK-12 students.
The grant amount will be determined by the percentage of votes OSF receives from Target shoppers by the end of June.
"We’re grateful to Target and its customers for joining us in this important work," said OSF CEO Sarah Guardiola.
"Every child deserves access to a high-quality education, regardless of their family’s financial situation. Through Target Circle, families and supporters across Oklahoma can take a simple action that has a lasting impact. If you have votes to cast, please consider OSF."
Target Circle’s Community Giving program collaborates with nonprofits across the U.S. each quarter to support local communities.
Members of Target Circle, who can join for free, earn votes with each shopping trip and can direct those votes to their preferred nonprofit.
Target shoppers can cast their votes for OSF until June 30 by selecting 'My Target' in the Target app or 'Account' on Target.com, tapping 'Cast votes,' and choosing the Opportunity Scholarship Fund.
