The academic school year is coming to a close and students are preparing to enter the next chapter in their lives. The Tuscaloosa Rotary Club is doing their part to support high school seniors as they graduate.
Wednesday, the Tuscaloosa Rotary Club awarded two Northridge High School students with a scholarship of $500 each.
Yesterday, Tuscaloosa Rotary Club President Tony Johnson presented $1,000 for two scholarships to students in the Interact Club at Northridge High School. The students, Catherine Winter and John Walker, are Presidents of the Interact club which is sponsored by the Rotary Club.
The Tuscaloosa Rotary Club is dedicated to six areas of focus to build international relationships, improve lives, and create a better world to support our peace efforts and end polio forever.
