INTRODUCTION
The UK institutions interested in hiring professional teachers directly from Zimbabwe, South Africa, Ghana, and Nigeria need these teachers in 2023. The institutions interested would also sponsor the recruited teachers’ visas and applications for a Qualified Teacher Status certification. There are efforts by the government of the United Kingdom to increase teacher salaries to a minimum 30500 pounds per year. Teachers from the four African countries must have qualifications that are equivalent to their British counterparts.
