SRINAGAR: The International Undergraduate Merit Scholarship 2025 is a programme offered by the University of Sheffield. Sheffield is a public university located in South Yorkshire, England, and it offers courses under five faculties: arts and humanities, sciences, engineering, medicine and health, and social sciences. The scholarship offers undergraduate international students to study in a four-year programme at the university. The application deadline is April 22, 2025 (until 1pm UK time).
A total of 75 students will be selected for the programme and granted 10,000 Euros per year for their tuition fees, provided they maintain a minimum average of 60 per cent.
In order to be eligible, the candidate must be a student from India or one of the specified countries. They should have received an offer for an undergraduate course from the university. The applicants should have a minimum average of 60 per cent in qualifying exams.
The documents required to apply are a valid passport, certificates of previous qualifying exams and personal statement answering questions specified by the university.
In order to apply for the International Undergraduate Merit Scholarship, applicants must fill a Financial Support Application at the university’s website. Applicants can be eligible for multiple rewards but will only receive one. If a student is offered the scholarship, they must confirm the acceptance of the offer by a fixed date specified by the university. Course offer will have to be accepted by Wednesday, June 4, 2025 (by 4pm UK time).
