Zoe Neff has received the 2025 Ross County Conservation League scholarship worth $1,000.
According to a community announcement, Neff is a Unioto High School graduate and the daughter of Scott and Amanda Neff from Chillicothe. She plans to attend Coastal Carolina University to study marine science.
The award was presented to her parents and sister Cora during the League’s July general membership meeting at Brown Hollow Lodge, as Zoe was away on a mission trip in Kentucky.
The scholarship has been awarded for over 20 years to students pursuing environmental studies, conservation or related fields.
The Ross County Conservation League is a 501(c)4 tax-exempt organization focused on promoting sportsmanship, protecting wildlife, conserving natural resources and opposing anti-conservation legislation while respecting landowners’ rights and maintaining lands.
