WATERTOWN – In celebration of their 100 years of service in 2025, the Watertown Foundation awarded 33 scholarships totaling $101,000 for post-secondary education to local students this year.
The Watertown Foundation was established in 1925 by local residents who wished to enhance the quality of life in Watertown and Oakville through charity. By combining their gifts and working together to invest their contributions, the founding members began an extraordinary legacy that continues today through the annual distribution of scholarships and grants that touch the lives of thousands of people in the Greater Watertown community.
