RICHMOND, IN — Applications are now open for the 2026 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship.
Now in its 29th year of offering the scholarship, the Wayne County Foundation announced details in a news release.
Two high school seniors from Wayne County will be selected for the scholarships, which covers full tuition, required fees and up to $900 annually for books and equipment for four years of full-time undergraduate study toward a bachelor’s degree.

The Wayne County Foundation will judge applicants based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, work experience, essays and reccommendations.
Applications must be submitted by Friday, Aug. 29 by 5 p.m. Recipients of the scholarship will be notified of their selection in December.
