WYOMING COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Caleb Lusk, a senior at Westside High School, has been awarded Boyd Machinery’s prestigious Think Big Scholarship and Internship.
Lusk, who has been interning with Boyd Machinery two days a week, now has the opportunity to have his education fully funded by the company.
The program is part of Boyd Machinery’s initiative to support students pursuing careers in the trades and engineering.
Boyd Machinery, in partnership with BoydCAT and The BTX Foundation, offers the Think Big Scholarship and the ThinkBIG Technician Training Program.
These programs provide hands-on experience, financial assistance, and career advancement opportunities for students who demonstrate academic excellence and mechanical aptitude.
The Wyoming County Career and Technical Center extended its congratulations to Lusk and expressed gratitude to Boyd Machinery and representatives Matthew Brown, Greg Morgan, and Jacob Robinson for their continued support of local students.
