The application period for the Daniels Fund Scholarship is open until Oct. 17, 2025.
The Daniels Fund awards scholarships to high achieving students from Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah. Full-ride scholarships are available for partner universities, or a student can get up to $100,000 for four years at a non-partner university outside of the four states.
It’s a philanthropic fund set up to support the passions of Bill Daniels, who helped bring cable television to Casper.
“Bill Daniels encouraged young people to take a chance on themselves, and applying for this scholarship is exactly that,” said Hanna Skandera, president and CEO of the Daniels Fund.
The Daniels Fund is looking for strength of character, leadership potential, commitment to serving their communities, academic performance or promise, well-rounded personality and emotional maturity and stability in students.
Applications are due at 4 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2025. Selected finalists will be notified in January 2026.
