The David C. Anderson Wrestling Scholarship is in memory of David C. Anderson (Panda) and was established by his family. The scholarship is awarded to Meadville Area Senior High seniors who plan to attend college as well as wrestle during their collegiate career and are selected by the MASH wrestling coaches. The Crawford Central Community Foundation recently distributed their 2024 scholarship awards to graduating seniors in the Crawford Central School District.
The Rick Zylak Memorial Scholarship was established in July 2020 by his wife, Sherry, and Rick’s children, Jordan and Jennifer. Criteria includes enrolling in a two or four year trade school, community college or college with intentions to study Science,Technology/Trade, Engineering, Arts or Math (STEAM).
Sydney Holt is the 2024 recipient of the Rick Zylak Memorial Scholarship and plans to attend Penn State University majoring in Biology and Psychology.
Lillian Hild is the co-recipient of the scholarship and plans to attend Miami University of Ohio and major in Speech Pathology.
