FREMONT – Jewett Construction announced the launch of a $3,000 scholarship designed to support New Hampshire students pursuing careers in the skilled trades.
“The skilled trades are the foundation of our communities, and investing in the future workforce is one of the most impactful ways we can give back,” said Craig Jewett, owner of Jewett Construction. “This scholarship is a reflection of our commitment to creating opportunities for students who are passionate about building a career in this field.”
Jewett Construction has partnered with the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association (NHIAA). This collaboration ensures that scholarship information will be shared with every school across the state through guidance and athletics departments. Additionally, reminders about this exciting opportunity will be featured during NHIAA championship games throughout the school year and prominently showcased on the NHIAA website and social media platforms.
Eligible students can apply for the scholarship through the NHIAA website by submitting either a written or video essay. The essays should highlight their passion for the trades and how the scholarship will support their journey toward a career in this essential field.
