MONROE — For the fifth straight year, football enthusiasts will be able to test their kicking and throwing abilities while also raising money for the Mark Mueller Scholarship Fund for graduating Monroe students.
This year’ Punt, Throw, Kick Competition will take place on from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9 at T.R. Holyoke Field at Monroe High School.
The event is open to those of all ages with a low fee. All funds raised, including from local business sponsors and donations, will go towards the Mark Mueller Scholarship Fund. Mueller was a 2000 MHS graduate who unexpectedly died while attending UW-Madison a short while later.
