Named in honor of Dr. Barbara Huber (1935–2018), a distinguished legal scholar and expert in English and common law systems, this program supports groundbreaking research that contributes significantly to scientific progress through new perspectives, questions, or findings. Eligibility Criteria

The scholarship is open to outstanding academics from foreign research institutions who are engaged in particularly innovative research projects in the following fields:(CSL MPG)

Scholarship Benefits

Recipients will receive a monthly stipend based on their academic level:(Global South Opportunities)

In addition to the monthly stipend, a grant may be awarded for expenses related to participation in academic events or further research activities in Germany or other European countries.(Max Planck Society)

Duration

The scholarship supports a research stay at MPI-CSL for a period ranging from two to six months.(scholarships.plus)
