China Link Scholarship Program: Academic Excellence at HIT

The China Link Scholarship Program, established by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), fosters international academic and research collaboration. This scholarship offers full financial support for international students and faculty to study at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT).

Program Details

  • Categories: General Scholars (undergraduates, master’s students), Senior Scholars (doctoral students, faculty).
  • Duration: 1-12 months.
  • Languages: English or Chinese.
  • Fields: All disciplines except Chinese language studies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Non-Chinese citizens with good moral character and academic excellence.

  • Full-time students or faculty at CSC’s partner universities.
  • Pre-admission or invitation letter from HIT.

Application Process

  1. Obtain pre-admission/invitation from HIT.
  2. Complete the CSC online application.
  3. Submit necessary documents: passport, education certificates, transcripts, study plan, health and non-criminal records, etc.
  4. Application deadlines: April 15, July 15, October 15, January 15.

Important Dates

  • Admission results announced four times a year: May 15, August 15, November 15, February 15.
