The Garden Club of Millsboro recently donated $500 to the Delaware Technical Community College Educational Foundation for the Ryder/Newton Foundations Memorial Scholarship Fund. Owens Campus students enrolled in an agriculture-related program with a GPA of 2.5 or greater may apply.
To support the beautification of Millsboro, garden club members maintain pots and gardens throughout the town and add seasonal flowers grown at Delaware Tech.
