CHAMBERSBURG- While you may think that people don’t need or want college degrees to work well on a jobsite, you’d be dead wrong. Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators, and Field Supervisors all can get college degrees that are either desired or outright needed to help move construction jobs from the design to a reality. Unfortunately, a college degree doesn’t come cheap. That’s why someone who wants to do that needs scholarship opportunities, especially ones that can knock out a large chunk of tuition dollars.
The Keystone Contractors Association Scholarship Program is committed to providing $40,000 in scholarships annually to Pennsylvania residents who are attending Pennsylvania colleges and seeking construction-related degrees.
This scholarship program is open to graduating high school seniors as well as current college students who plan to work in the construction industry.
The deadline to apply for this year’s scholarship program is March 1. For more information, visit https://www.keystonecontractors.com/KCA-Scholarship
