Two La Vernia residents are among 53 college students who have been awarded educational scholarships for the 2024–25 academic year from Silver Eagle Beverages. The Silver Eagle Beverages Scholarship program awards up to a total of $5,000 per academic year to the dependent children of Silver Eagle Beverages employees.
Cade Ratliff and Curt Ratliff, along with students from San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Del Rio, Eagle Pass and surrounding areas, were recently recognized by John L. Nau, III, chairman and CEO of Silver Eagle Beverages, at an awards ceremony at their San Antonio office.
“The Silver Eagle Beverages Scholarship program is a meaningful way for us to give back and support our hardworking employees and their families,” said Nau. “We take pride in recognizing these students as they embark on their next journey and strive toward their educational aspirations.”
