Key Responsibilities
- Epitaxial Growth: Conduct MOVPE growth of AlN, AlGaN, and related heterostructures at Lund Nano Lab.
- Surface and Interface Studies: Use X-ray photoemission spectroscopy at MAX IV to study materials during oxide deposition and electronic device structures.
- Advanced Characterization: Utilize state-of-the-art tools to explore the structural and electronic properties of semiconductors.
Admission Requirements
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree in physics or a related field with at least 30 second-cycle credits relevant to the subject.
- Skills: Strong experimental and laboratory skills, with experience in semiconductor characterization and proficiency in English.
