Thanks to the generosity of our community, donors to the Montclair Scholarship Fund (MSF) have made it possible to create six new scholarships this year. These scholarships will provide critical financial support to Montclair High School students in need as they pursue their dreams of attending college or trade school.
All named scholarships can be found on the website HERE – including new arrivals the Corrine Licostie Family Scholarship, the Montclair Pre-K to College Scholarship, the Whitehill Foundation Scholarship, the Jackson Lightfoot Whitsett Memorial Scholarship, the Frank I. Taylor Scholarship, and the aptly named Dreams Can Happen Scholarship.
The Montclair Scholarship Fund has a long history of helping local students achieve their educational goals by addressing financial barriers. “We are so grateful for the incredible support from our donors, who continue to invest in the future of Montclair’s young people,” said Mimi Wrede, Co-President of the Montclair Scholarship Fund.
The application for the 2025 Montclair Scholarship Fund awards opens on February 3, 2025. Students graduating from Montclair High School who need financial assistance to attend college or a trade school are encouraged to apply by visiting https://montclairscholarshipfund.org on or after February 3.
