The Kentucky Circuit Clerks Offices announces the 2025 Donate Life Scholarship Opportunity.
This scholarship has been a mission of the Kentucky Association of Circuit Court Clerks and is geared to spread awareness among those awaiting transplants. Their efforts have also led to the legislation passed by the Kentucky General Assembly, allowing Kentuckians to obtain a driver’s license to contribute to organ and tissue donation initiatives.
The new scholarship program will allow students to express their passion for the Donate Life and is designed to be achievable for everyone.
Stacy Bruner, Trimble Co. Circuit Clerk and Board Treasurer of Donate Life Kentucky Trust says, “We are thrilled to introduce this scholarship opportunity for students who are passionate about helping others and advocating for the lifesaving mission of donation.”
To apply for the scholarship, students can submit a project in the form of a song, video, speech, or display to educate peers about donation and translate facts. The application deadline is April 7, 2025.
If you are interested in registering to be a donor or want more information about the scholarship information is available at https://www.donatelifeky.org/.
